Dish Soap
I knew this day would come, however, I didn't expect it so soon. My little smartypants three-year old has been infatuated with the phrase "damn it" and knows well that it is a potty word and he shouldn't be saying it. Last week, he asked "mommy, it's okay if I say dang it, but I can't say damn it?" Well, tonight at dinner he was saying "damn it" and laughing! Because it was so funny to him, Ethan (almost 2) joined in on chanting the phrase. After several warnings of, "Trevor, that's a potty word don't say it" that were ignored, I pulled out the dish soap. It was just a tiny amount, we'll see if it worked. TO BE CONTINUED...

One Month Old!
I can't believe my baby girl is already one month old!
At one month, she's a big baby! She's in the 75th percentile for both height and weight. She's about to move into 3-6 months clothes ALREADY!
She is a cuddly baby and loves to be held all of the time! She sleeps about 3-4 hours at a time (and that's also at night so please forgive grammar and punctuation errors - I'm tired!) and best in this position:
Her brothers still love her! She is still getting her daily (hourly) kisses and they haven't asked to send her back...yet!
These pictures weren't staged. To be honest, I'm ready for her to be old news to them so they won't kiss her so much! The only place I can sit her down safely is in her bouncy seat that is sitting in her pack-n-play with the gate around it so they can't reach her! :)
I love her little baby feet.
She does have quite the temper when she gets mad and doesn't like getting her pictures taken...or maybe it's all of this foo-foo stuff (she's going to have to get used to it because mommy loves it!)!
And here's one last photo with her eyes wide open...
I think it's finally sinking in that I have a little girl!

Cute Things Kids Say #2!
I'm discovering finding time to blog with three little ones is hard to do! However, Trevor has said some pretty cute stuff over the last month and I need to capture it before I forget.
1. The first time Addison, his new little sister wore a dress, he asked me "is that a cape?"
2. His version of I'm a Little Teapot is "I'm a little teapot, yes I'm short..."
3. His daddy was reading him a story out of a children's Bible and was trying to explain that God created us and Trevor told him matter-of-factly "nu uh, mommy created me!"
4. I've been carrying Addison in a baby carrier and Trevor who is really into airplanes asked "is that a baby aircraft carrier?"
I love this innocent age!
